The Backup and Restore service provides businesses with additional information security. Although available on request, this service provides special benefits for our PM (Preventive Maintenance) customers that further insures complete recovery from any major system disaster. For PM customers, your archives will include all of the critical operating, application and hardware environment information to enable the complete reproduction of your system on new hardware if necessary. During upgrades, system changes, and scheduled preventative maintenance, we produce and archive periodic (check point) backups to insure forward and backward migration capability when the de-installation or re-installation of a major software or system change is desirable or necessary. As a scheduled PM customer, we will evaluate and establish an appropriate maintenance schedule for your business systems. Your maintenance services will include regular backups to maintain information security for your business. With the appropriate level of support, we will reconstruct a new system and have it online and ready, replacing your lost system in the event of a catastrophic disaster. Off site storage or archival of your system information is maintained and available for retrieval in the event your entire system is compromised. We insure that the required software, databases, operating systems and configuration settings are preserved with check point backups, to provide you speedy recovery to fully operational status.
